Claus Möhlenkamp,
currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST), will join the Board of Management of the Freudenberg Group as Deputy CEO on January 1, 2025. He will take over as Chairman of the Board of Management from Dr. Mohsen Sohi on July 1, 2025.
Dr. Matthias Sckuhr,
currently Chief Technology/Operating Officer (CTO/COO) of FST, will succeed Claus Möhlenkamp as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FST from 1 January 2025.
Gary VanWambeke,
currently Senior Vice President Dynamic Sealing Division at FST, will succeed Dr. Sckuhr as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of FST on January 1, 2025.
As of January 1, 2025, the FST Management Board will consist of three members, all of whom will report to the Board of Management of Freudenberg SE:
- Dr. Matthias Sckuhr (CEO)
- Kerstin Borrs (CFO)
- Gary VanWambeke (CTO)
