The move was made for cost reasons at that time, but today, the return is about more than savings. Although the new office is 100 square meters smaller than before and saves around €30,000 in rental costs per year, it primarily offers modern facilities and better infrastructure. These include charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle parking with charging options, a company cafeteria, a daycare, a gym, and a concierge service.
The proximity to important customers, such as Stellantis and Renault, enables quick responses and strengthens cooperation. The decision to choose Nanterre is also a response to the changing office market in the Paris region. The vacancy rate is high, and many spaces have been vacant for years. Therefore, the building owner has carried out extensive renovations and implemented ecological standards, such as HQE certification.
