April 11, 2025: Dr. Frank Heislitz, Chief Technology Officer of the Freudenberg Group, visited Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Plymouth, MI, last week and toured the research and development area in particular. Heislitz’s visit underscored the company’s commitment to innovation and technology leadership.
Dr. Heislitz exchanged ideas with the teams on site and emphasized how important their passion and commitment are to the company’s technological progress. He was particularly impressed by a new development project and innovative scrubber/exhaust gas system in the thermal runaway test laboratory, which underlines Freudenberg’s high standards of safety and environmental protection.
