The Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) facility in Parets del Vallès, Spain, has been honored as a top workplace – with extremely high marks.
FST employees rated the company as one of the best in Spain, according to employees’ responses to a survey. FST was given outstanding scores in the categories of learning and development, leadership, talent strategy, culture, career and advancement.
The award is especially noteworthy at a time when companies worldwide are grappling with the effects of the Corona pandemic and the war in the Ukraine. The honor of being named the “Best Place to Work” in times like these highlights the trust that employees have in their company.
