The Ovid project came to an end in late 2022 after more than a year of detailed, in-depth work. On one hand, it analyzed the core markets and industries for Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) through 2035. On the other, it tackled an essential, strategic task: defining how to transform the company so it can deal with looming changes in the market. FST’s product portfolio, processes and structures must continue to develop and adapt to changing market needs.
