Bu \u00f6d\u00fcl, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc derecede sorumluluk \u00fcstlenen \u015firketleri onurland\u0131r\u0131r ve modern i\u015fveren standartlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f referans noktalar\u0131ndan biridir. <br\/><br\/>Bu etiketin arkas\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 bir kriter katalo\u011fu yer almaktad\u0131r. De\u011ferlendirme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131na, geli\u015fim imk\u00e2nlar\u0131na ve sorumlu kurumsal y\u00f6neti\u015fime kadar uzanmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck ve sorumluluk bilinci, sayg\u0131 ve adalet gibi de\u011ferler ile uzun vadeli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hareket etme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u015firket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc \u015fekillendirmektedir.\u201d<br\/><br\/>Bu \u00f6d\u00fcl, tesisin son y\u0131llarda hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nlemin do\u011fru y\u00f6nde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ad\u0131mlar oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.
