It also offers improved efficiency due to automation and measures promoting sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The building complex includes 700 square meters (7,500&nbsp;square feet) of office space and a&nbsp;warehouse with about 2,100 square meters (23,000 square feet) of storage for about 12,000 items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced lighting, heating and cooling systems ensure that sustainability standards are met.
