Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in Hungary: \u201cResponsible Employer \u2013 Gold Level\u201d certification confirms strong commitment to people-centric and sustainable HR practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gold-colored seal, presented on site and now displayed on the wall: the Freudenberg Sealing Technologies location in Kecskem\u00e9t, Hungary, has been certified \u201cResponsible Employer \u2013 Gold Level\u201d by the Hungarian organization OFA Nonprofit Ltd. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to their employees and is considered a credible benchmark for modern employer standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The label is based on an extensive set of criteria. It evaluates everything from working conditions, health and safety standards, and development opportunities to responsible corporate governance. The Gold certification represents the program\u2019s highest tier and underscores the site\u2019s ambition to address these areas in a systematic and consistent way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The certification is therefore not a one-time snapshot, but a reflection of ongoing efforts to build a modern and dependable workplace culture. \u201cOur daily HR work is grounded in responsible employment practices, a safe and supportive working environment, and ethically sound, sustainable processes. At the same time, we strive to continuously strengthen employee satisfaction and engagement,\u201d says J\u00falia Dubniczky-Szab\u00f3, Human Resources Manager at the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Site Manager Zoltan Augusztiny adds: \u201cThe principles confirmed by the certification are closely aligned with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles. Values such as integrity and accountability, respect and fairness, as well as long-term, sustainable thinking shape our corporate culture.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award shows that many of the measures implemented at the site in recent years are moving in the right direction. At the same time, the team sees it as an incentive to keep improving working conditions and to remain firmly focused on employees\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because responsible HR management is \u2013 not only in Hungary \u2013 a key success factor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
