They give us orientation in how we work together, what guides us and how we decide \u2014 and in doing so, they shape what Freudenberg stands for. Their strength lies not just in how they are written down, but in how they are lived in teams, at sites and in everyday interactions. The survey creates the space to make exactly that visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey lives from all sides doing their part: from employees speaking openly about what they experience \u2014 from the company taking seriously what comes back \u2014 and from acting on the results afterwards. What is gathered flows back into the organisation and becomes the starting point for further dialogue and concrete action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The feedback thus amounts to more than just a snapshot of opinion.
