\u201cOur goal is to foster a culture of shared growth and fully harness the potential of our employees.\u201d This statement captures the core idea of the \u201cDynamic Learning\u201d initiative launched at the Bursa site in January. Its guiding motto is: We Learn Together; We Grow Together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the heart of the initiative lies a simple principle: Investing in the personal development of employees also strengthens the company\u2019s sustainable growth. As employees continuously expand their skills and expertise, the organization evolves alongside them in a dynamic, mutually reinforcing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A key element of Dynamic Learning is training delivered by internal experts from various departments. \u201cThe goal is to systematically offer internal training and make it accessible to all employees,\u201d explains one of the internal trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first twelve internal trainers prepared for this role through several months of intensive coaching. Their program covered topics such as rhetoric, presentation skills, lesson planning and design, as well as relevant legal aspects. Their commitment and learning progress were formally acknowledged in a graduation ceremony honoring the newly qualified knowledge facilitators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They now serve as cornerstones of the site\u2019s learning culture, sharing knowledge and passing on practical experience across the organization \u2013 from product training to LinkedIn courses. Additional instructors will join them in the future, further strengthening internal learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n
