One sentence, five principles \u2013 and an invitation to actively shape the future together<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is starting the new year with a clear message:
\u201cTogether, We Make an Essential Difference in Sealing Excellence and Beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new mission statement was initiated by the FST Board of Management and developed jointly with employees from various departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its intentionally short, emotional and future-oriented wording, it reflects FST\u2019s considerable development, especially in recent years \u2013 from a traditional seal manufacturer to a company that has long been developing technologies for new markets. The statement clearly points to this change: The company is a leader. And will continue as such. Through its innovative strength, customer orientation and strategic foresight, FST is shaping the future of sealing technology \u2013 and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, the mission statement is more than just a sentence. It gets to the heart of what FST is all about: team spirit, excellence and the commitment to keep growing together. This provides motivation for the daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mission is visually represented by a special FST font that emerged from a campaign at the end of the year: All employees were invited to submit a writing sample. All these pieces of writing were then united into a unique typeface:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe mission statement reminds us that we achieve more as a team than as individuals on our own. This view shapes our everyday life and our success. It sets us apart from the market and creates the distinction \u2013 in traditional sealing technology as well as in other new business areas,\u201d says Dr. Matthias Sckuhr, CEO of FST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
