Trotz der Weiterentwicklung der Technik werden diese Zylinder auf Anfrage von Landwirten und Werkst\u00e4tten gewartet und repariert, wobei die Instandhaltung in den Betriebsablauf integriert wird, um das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft nicht zu st\u00f6ren. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eEin Pflug ist ein landwirtschaftliches Ger\u00e4t zur Lockerung und zum Wenden (Pfl\u00fcgen) des Ackerbodens\u201c, hei\u00dft es bei Wikipedia. Um einen am Traktor befestigten Pflug durch Drehen und Wenden in die gew\u00fcnschte Position zu bringen und dort zu arretieren, sind hydraulische Pflugwendezylinder \u00fcblich \u2013 fr\u00fcher gefertigt vom heutigen Lead Center Accumulators von Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in Remagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls src=\"https:\/\/sw.fst.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Wendezylinder-Betrieb.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Technik hat sich wesentlich weiterentwickelt. Einfach wirkende Pflugwendezylinder klassischer Bauart finden sich heute eher in technischen Museen als auf Feldern. Doch hier und da kommen auch sie noch zum Einsatz. Vor einer Weile hatte sich ein Landwirt an den FST-Standort im Rheinland gewendet mit der Bitte, ein mehr als vier Jahrzehnte altes Exemplar wieder instand zu setzen. Dies ist damals gelungen, vor allem dank des Know-hows des langj\u00e4hrigen Prozesstechnikers Erich K\u00f6rbel (\u201eSealing World\u201c hat dar\u00fcber berichtet: <a href=\"https:\/\/sw.fst.com\/magazine\/de\/2022\/06\/das-teil-kenne-ich-noch-von-frueher\/\">https:\/\/sw.fst.com\/magazine\/de\/2022\/06\/das-teil-kenne-ich-noch-von-frueher\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses K\u00f6nnen hat sich herumgesprochen. So kommt es, dass seither immer mal wieder Landwirte und Werkst\u00e4tten FST um Unterst\u00fctzung bitten. \u201eDas machen wir gerne\u201c, sagt Marcus Darms, Head of Global Operations im Lead Center Akkumulator. \u201eDer Deal ist: Es kann etwas dauern. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die betriebseigene Instandhaltung eigentlich f\u00fcr den Maschinen- und Anlagenpark des Standorts verantwortlich, nicht f\u00fcr die damit hergestellten Produkte. \u201eWir machen es dennoch und bieten diesen Service, weil er unseren Bekanntheitsgrad in der Branche erh\u00f6ht. Gerade der Kontakt mit Werkst\u00e4tten bietet Ankn\u00fcpfungspunkte f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliches Gesch\u00e4ft. Viele verbinden FST mit Dichtungen. Sie wissen gar nicht, dass wir in Remagen Druckspeicher herstellen oder hydraulische Komponenten wie Bandspannzylinder f\u00fcr die Federungssysteme von landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeugen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Darms. Auch das darf sich gerne herumsprechen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fachmann Erich K\u00f6rbel ist inzwischen im Ruhestand. Doch er ist nach wie vor ma\u00dfgeblich in die \u00dcberholung der \u201eRetro-Zylinder\u201c involviert \u2013 in seiner Heimwerkstatt. Er reinigt die Bauteile, tauscht die Dichtungen gegen neue FST-Produkte aus und baut nach der Wartung beziehungsweise Reparatur die Zylinder wieder fachgerecht zusammen. Das anf\u00e4ngliche Zerlegen und der abschlie\u00dfende Funktionstest auf einem Pr\u00fcfstand erfolgen im Werk. Kurzum: Dieses Mal kein \u201eInnovating Together\u201c, sondern ein \u201eMaintaining &amp; Repairing Together\u201c im Dienst von gutem Image und Kundenzufriedenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
